Standard Youth Volleyball November 6, 2008 M. Lonsdale (Wilmington, DE) I coach youth volleyball. These are the same balls we use during practice and games for our JV team. They are made for indoor use, but my daughter uses hers outside all the time and it has held up. I would suggest using these for 6th grade girls and lower. Once the girls move up to 7th grade and beyond, they should be using a regular weight volleyball. Be careful with the pictures .. I ordered what appeared to be a magenta ball .. turned out to be red/scarlet. Be sure to check the descriptive text once it is in your in-tray.
Good product! October 13, 2008 M. Robinson (Alabama, USA) This is the same ball that my daughter's league v-ball team uses. She has been able to practice at home which has improved her game. It also came in her favorite color - pink - which is SO cool.
Great for kids October 8, 2008 Danny D. Langloss, Jr. This is a very well made indoor volleyball for my eight year old daughter. It is much lighter than a regulation ball, but is still the same size. I highly recommend it for kids.
Volley Lite ball June 6, 2008 Susan K. Breslin (Dayton, OH USA) It's the same light ball that teams age 12 & under use. Best ball I ever purchased. No sting!
Girls 12 and Under April 19, 2008 BearPoop (Alaska) My daughter started volleyball with this type of ball. Very soft on the forearms and easy to get over the net. A great indoor ball.
