Very comfy once fitted July 21, 2010

I had a little trouble getting these to fit to my feet at first- there is a thermal sensor on the bottom of one of the insoles that's supposed to change color after being heated in the (low temp) oven for a short while. Mine never changed color, and the instructions said to pull them out after a certain amount of time even if it didn't change. I didn't notice much of an immediate change in comfort from them. I did, however, feel like I had a "lump" under one of my heels for the first couple weeks. I stuck it out to see if it would eventually become more comfortable, and it did! I've been wearing them for about 8 months now and am quite happy with them. (I use them for "everyday" walking around, nothing too strenuous) I have a slightly higher than normal arch and I found that "normal" arch insoles didn't give enough support, but "high" arch insoles were too high. These molded to my feet perfectly.
My only complaint is that they're fairly deep and won't work in some of the "fashion athletic" shoes I would like to wear because the factory insoles are so thin that there simply isn't room for a real insole in the shoes!

I am in the military and use these for my combat boots. Usually I try to find an insole for each type of shoe that I own (running, boot, casual) but this one is going to replace all of them for me. I haven't had back, knee, or feet problems in the past but instead like for my feet to be comfortable no matter what I do. These insoles do that and more! I am on my feet and moving around most of the day in combat boots and with these at the end of the day I have noticed that my feet don't hurt and are ready for whatever comes after work. Don't hesitate and buy this product!

Bought these as a replacement. My first pair i bought from a shoe store goin out of business, got'em super cheap. Only reason i bought them, at first, was they are the ONLY insole on the face of the planet that says Size 15. True to size they fit my Timberland work boots great. As a local truck driver im not only driving quite a bit i also spend more hours outside the truck and unloading into businesses. heavy lifting, heavy cart and dolly pushing up to 700+ pounds of pushing wheeled items. these insoles were absolutely amazing! my feet never felt better than when i had these insoles in my shoes. Highly Recommend them.

I have been suffering with foot pain for several years now due to plantar fasciitis. I have tried just about everything I can to help relieve this problem. It is not going away, but I must say that when I wear my tennis shoes with these inserts, my feet feel great! I can walk and exercise without any pain. These insoles give great arch support and padding. I bought these after a friend recommended them. She bought some for everyone in her family and they love them. I might get some for my husband and kids too! It is never to early to take good care of your feet!

I am VERY impressed with the SOLE brand of replacement insoles. Depending on the walking shoe or hiking boot, I use either the regular or ultra thickness. The Ultra Sole is about twice as cushioning as the "regular" SOLE insole. SOLE insoles offer terrific arch support in particular. One advantage they offer over another popular brand (Superfeet) is that they can be heated briefly in the oven, placed in your shoe or hiking boot and they mold themselves to your foot and shoe. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for 4 months. I was on the verge of spending $400 on custom orthotics. A friend advised me to first try the SOLE insoles. He predicted that I may find I would not need the more expensive orthotics. He was right! BTW, they are impervious to water. This is relevant as I use a pair in my fly fishing wading shoes. I have tried a variety of insoles brands ranging in price from $9 to $45. Without a doubt, they are far superior to the other over-the-counter products that are out there.
