It doesnt helpOctober 10, 2008 Ahmed Vohra(Chicago) Used it for three weeks. These do not prevent shin splints. Im still having pains. The fabric was coming out. Its not worth the price.

I have a problem with my shin bone.. It pains when i run or jump.. I needed something which will help support the bone.. It worked very well... gives that extra strength.. But dont mix this up with the shin guard... this is not a hard covered guard... which would protect your shin from impact... overall pretty good product..

It is very easy to adjust and tighten up, yet comfortable to wear. I have tried other cheaper support from discount store and they did no good. This calf support actually gave good relief
