This lightweight, low-profile helmet offers excellent protection as well as Giro's built-in TuneUps audio earphones. The Basic Audio version of the Giro G9 connects to your wired digital audio player (DAP), while the Bluetooth version enables you to wirelessly listen to music from a Bluetooth-enabled cell phone or DAP. Intuitive, easy-to-reach controls are located on the speaker pods and are simple to use even in gloved hands.

The G9 features Giro's In-Form Fit System, which provides up to 6cm of fit/feel adjustment for enhanced comfort and stability. The height of the system can be adjusted for vertical tuning to match different head shapes and goggles. The In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner for extra durability without excess weight. The fusion of the shell and the liner also allows Giro to sculpt a better ventilation system, so In-mold helmets can be lighter and cooler. The helmet includes 15 Super Cool vents, designed for maximum efficiency while optimizing the position and orientation of each vent. Other features include a goggle clip and removable ear pads. It weighs 13.5 ounces.
