Product Description Mittens are waterproof, durable everyday gloves with the added benefit of having battery heat when it gets extra cold. The new design gloves have snow cuffs to seal in the warmth while keeping the cold out. On those extra cold days or to take the chill off, just turn on the heat by inserting in a "D? size alkaline battery(Not Included) which will last 4-6 hours if used continuously, longer if used intermittently. Safe, comfortable, perfect for all cold weather activities. These products are not designed to get extremely hot! They are designed to keep the hand warm thus making it more comfortable to be out in cold weather. The heating unit in the palm area is completely safe and warms the entire hand and fingers. IMPORTANT: Place you hands on a flat surface and measure the circumferance of you knuckles excluding the thumb. Then use the product table toorder the correct size. good gloves June 13, 2008 Edward L. Torgerson (Aptos, CA) These are good quality cold weather gloves. Don't expect them to make your hands hot. But they do add just enough warmth to make them worthwhile. I use them for early morning commutes to work on my motorcycle and they work well.
no heat in the right place. March 17, 2007 Vamp Lover (Suffolk, VA United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
only heats the palm of your hand, fingers stay cold. No elements in the fingers of the glove, only heating element is in the palm of your hand. Not worth the money,
Lectra Battery Heated Gloves March 12, 2007 Viola L. Tendler (Hermiston, OR) These were purchased for a client who has severe arthritis and works outdoors. Our winters here are very cold and he found he had much less pain in his hands and fingers using these gloves.
keep you money January 11, 2007 Mark Sullins (mesquite, tx) 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
your money could be well spent on something other than this, not any better than a regular pair of gloves you can buy at wal-mart.
