Quality not what was expected February 18, 2008

I was a little disappointed in the quality of the item as well as the color. According to the picture and description the ball was to be pink. When I received the ball it was actually a sort of red/orange. We are also not able to use the ball at our local alley. I will be donating the ball to my childrens' school.
I was also disappointed when I submitted an inquiry on returning the ball and have yet to received a response from the seller.

Ball is perfect for a child, but is too light to come back in ball return...always have to call a technician at the bowling alley to retrieve the ball, so was unable to really use it.
