I received a damaged Shuffler. I returned the Shuffler on December 13, 2008 through the Postal Service for a credit adjustment. It would not let me have a replacement so I have to place another order for one.

Works well (a little noisy) and does a good
shuffle (easier than doing it yourself and
more effective) ESPECIALLY when you're using
a lot of new decks of cards.

Unfortunatley for us we throw away the box before we checked to see if the product was working. Only one side of it works so it doesn't shuffle correctly. Make sure you check that it works before we recycle the box.
